Fresh8 Gaming needs you to lead on the creation and integration of powerful new capabilities for the management consoles that our customers and developers use.

We’re an early stage business with ambition. We’re about collaboration and openness not command-and-control. We’re fast moving and we iterate and ship code fast. We follow TTD principles and we utilise and contribute back to open source technology, working within an Agile delivery framework.

This is a hands on coding-oriented position, creating and extending richly functional front end solutions that are implemented well within our stack. Becoming our service lead on front end and, supported by our COO and Head of Engineering, you will initially mentor one colleague and help shape and guide the coding practices of your small team as it grows.

  • Advanced campaign management and reporting features such as smart segmentation & targeting, real-time tracking, mobile & cross-device, trend analysis
  • Introducing a MVT testing suite to build on a soon to be release A/B testing
  • Multi-language management & support and geo targeting controls
  • Building a completely new ad builder solution for banners and dynamic ads
About you
  • You're positive, hard-working and easy to get on with
  • You bring proven JavaScript skills, using modern frameworks such as; AngularJS | Ember.js | Vue.js | React.js etc.
  • You understand OOP concepts, ES6 and best practices such as DOM performance
  • You learn quickly and can soon design, build and integrate APIs
  • You're familiar querying and working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, CouchDB etc.
  • You're ready to mentor others on the principles of clean code through TDD, pairing and code reviews
  • You're comfortable leading work estimation and forecasting tasks within a team, and you're familiar with Kanban and/or SCRUM ways of working
